When Theresa and Greg opened Ashley’s Pastry Shop, a bakery in Dayton, Ohio the focus was to provide customers with fresh, creative and delicious bakery items with a commitment to excellent customer service.
25 years later, Ashleys' dedicated staff, some who have been here since our inception, has been making pastries that taste as good as they look.
Where did the name Ashley's comes from? When Greg and Theresa started in business, the bakery was under a different name, but after giving birth to their eldest daughter, Ashley's was born! Two years later, their second daughter, Lyndsay arrived. In her honor, balloons were added so your celebration can have that added touch of fun! Ashley’s is truly a family business, as both daughters worked in the bakery as they grew up.
Ashley’s is a strong supporter of many Community Services such as Children's Medical Center, Oakwood Rotary, Dayton area hospitals, Dayton Public Radio, The Muse Machine, Catholic Social Services, Muscular Dystrophy, The Red Heart Gala, Dayton History, and local School Organizations.
